Remember this article in The Onion?

Would someone tell me how this happened? We were the fucking vanguard of shaving in this country. The Gillette Mach3 was the razor to own. Then the other guy came out with a three-blade razor. Finally, the snowfall has begun in earnest. I went to bed with about 4" on the ground, and as of right now, there is 6" of snow. This big blizzard they were calling for has really turned into a bust, eh? Wunderground tells me that we are only going to get another 2-5" today...
